| The
Bonsai Society of Southwest
Florida was founded in Ft. Myers in
1973. The club meets the 3rd Saturday of each
month at St. John the Apostle Church at 3049
McGregor Blvd, Ft. Myers, at 9:00 AM.
Our club is involved in numerous activities
during the year just like all active bonsai
clubs. We have our annual show, participate
in two Home and Garden shows, enter the
annual Strolling Flower Show, do demonstrations
for various groups around town, go on various
field trips, and have traveling speakers
from both inside and outside the state.
In 2003, we hosted the Bonsai Societies
of Florida State Convention. In other words,
we stay very busy throughout the year. |
